We specialise in two areas; installation support and commissioning programs. Our dedicated technical support centre is operated by the design team and includes direct lines to technical experts who can advise on the practicalities of product installation, specification and British and European Standards.

Our commissioning team respond quickly to short notice periods and assign the right number of engineers to site visits. This ensures key dates are met and worked to within the overall project plan. The efficiency of our engineers is not sacrificed in the demands for quality. Our commissioning engineers are assessed against a competency framework, benchmarking the technical and behavioural skills required to be part of our team.
